Narval 38 One Tonner – Classic Offshore Racer/Cruiser with Extensive Refit A beautiful classic yacht with exceptional seaworthiness, offered for sale to a new owner who will appreciate her unique character. The Narval 38 combines the sailing performance of a successful offshore racer with the comfort and safety of a solid cruising yacht, making her equally suitable for demanding offshore passages and extended cruising. This Narval 38 was built by Sparr Werft in Hamburg and is based on the successful One Tonner designs of Dick Carter and Fritz Hartz. The same hull shapes won the Admirals Cup several times during the 1970s. The hull is constructed of GRP, while the deck and superstructure are traditionally built in wood, giving the yacht her distinctive classic appearance and charm. The yacht offers excellent sailing performance, outstanding seaworthiness, and a remarkably comfortable motion in rough seas. We have sailed her for many years as a family yacht and regularly cruised the North Sea and Baltic Sea. Since 2013, the yacht has been continuously upgraded and technically improved. She is fully equipped, ready to sail, and has been actively used until recently.
