Description

We are selling our lovely trawler Marguerit. She is a Marine Trader measuring 35 spacious feet. Marguerit is an extremely well-maintained boat, and during the two years we have lived on board, we have taken care of all loose ends - everything has been fixed or replaced as needed. The boat is suitable for both summer and winter use. Thanks to the large windows in the salon, there is plenty of natural light year-round. All windows (except the front windows) have dark film to prevent the boat from getting too hot in the summer. At the stern of the boat, there is a bench that serves as a step up to the flybridge. This bench is in a location that is indispensable for the boat, especially in anchor spots where it is completely windless, providing a perfect setting for setting up a table and enjoying the sun. The flybridge is now equipped with benches, making it functional for a few people, especially in the evenings when guests are invited on board, providing ample seating for meals or drinks. The flybridge also offers a great vantage point for enjoying the views and maneuvering the boat. Interior layout and distribution: Entering the wheelhouse on the starboard side, there is easy access to moorings and a clear view during harbor maneuvers. Inside the wheelhouse, there is an L-shaped sofa with a table and an additional leaf on the starboard side, and a pantry with a sink, refrigerator, storage, and a gas stove with two burners and an oven on the port side. There is another exit to the deck on the port side, extending from the pantry. At the bow of the boat, there are two berths and a toilet. It is possible to place a board in the bow area to create a large bed where three adults can comfortably sleep. At the stern, there is a large master bedroom with a 140 bed, with space to walk along both sides, and an attached toilet. Both toilets have shower facilities. Equipment: The boat is equipped with the following equipment: - Ford Lehmann 120 hp, 1980, original display with 1300 hours (replaced in the summer, used for under 20 hours, may increase) - Hydraulic bow thruster - GPS, Garmin - Radar, Furuno - Depth sounder, Furuno - VHF, Simrad - Autopilot, Robertson AP1000 with accompanying rudder indicator (autopilot needs calibration) - Batteries (2*180 amp, 2*100 amp Varta start batteries - entire battery pack replaced in August 2023) - Charger, Victron Ip22 with Bluetooth 12W/30amp, 3 outlets (August 2023) - All instruments replaced in the summer of 2023 from KUS in both the wheelhouse and flybridge - Sunshades on the flybridge all from spring 2022 - Two 5 kW heaters installed in the boat, one at the bow and one at the stern - outlets in both toilets, both rooms, and two outlets in the living room, making it easy to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the boat, all year round - New water heater in February 2024 - All cabinets in the cabins are insulated with 19mm Armaflex to avoid cold bridges - Electric anchor winch, controllable via remote control and a fixed panel in the wheelhouse - Recently serviced: all oil and filters have been changed - Regularly serviced by an authorized mechanic - New fuel pump (spring 2023) - New oil pressure sensor (spring 2023) - New swim ladder in summer 2022 - Rubber boat with Honda 2 hp air-cooled engine - Dometic inverter - New refrigerator (220v) in 2024 Additional features: - All portholes replaced in the summer of 2022 - 2 * New sink and faucet in the bow toilet and kitchen in 2022 - 1000 l water tank - Two diesel tanks (connected but located on the starboard and port sides) totaling 800 l - Bimini on the flybridge for hot days - Winter cover for the flybridge to protect cushions, controls, etc. - Cushions on the flybridge - Mooring lines included - Customized fenders with welded eyes to prevent scratching and damaging the railing.
