Viknes At the end of the eighties Viknes came on the market with the Viknes 770. A quirky and seaworthy ship as we can expect from a Norwegian quality yard. It was the beginning of a long series of successful models. The Viknes ships are particularly lined and exceptionally strong, so sailing on the open sea is no problem at all. After a steady growth period, the yard was startled by a major fire in the year 2000. A year later, a new production hall was opened and Viknes started a new model series.
