**Why We Are Selling Our Boat:** We are selling the boat because our daughter has started to experience seasickness over the last couple of years. We are therefore looking for a slightly heavier boat in hopes that it may alleviate the situation somewhat. When we purchased the boat back in 2016, it had two toilets. We chose to remove one toilet and install a new toilet and holding tank, so we now only have one toilet. We also replaced the skylights (4 years ago) and installed a new lazybag (4 years ago). The sails (genoa and Elvstrøm mainsail with continuous sail battens) are from 2012; we do not know the age of the others, but they have been regularly inspected and maintained. In total, there are 3 mainsails (2 Elvstrøm and 1 Neil Pryde), 1 storm jib (Elvstrøm), 2 genoas (1 North Sails and 1 Elvstrøm), and 1 spinnaker included. The rigging has been professionally updated, with a new masthead fitting, brackets, and mast reinforcement installed. We have also fitted a new 20kg Rocna Vulcan anchor and an electric windlass. All through-hulls were replaced at the then-local yard to Truedesign. The hull was completely renovated in 2017 at the boatyard, primed (which consisted of 4 layers of gelshield and 2 layers of tar2), and bottom painted with VC 17. We have now switched to VC Offshore. You may notice a small damage on the hull. This was something that the yard discovered by chance, so we had it repaired immediately. The color on the hull is not an exact match, so you can still see where the damage was. The electrical panel has been overhauled and updated about 5 years ago. The propeller shaft, stern tube, and engine mounts have been replaced (original Volvo Penta). The engine has also been maintained regularly, meaning that oil, filters, and impeller have been replaced consistently. The oil cooler was changed in 2020. We have mounted a 6-person Viking liferaft that is due for servicing this year. Another addition is an Aries windvane, which we have found very useful. We installed solar panels (4 years ago) on the sprayhood, allowing us to easily remove or attach them using Velcro. Throughout last summer, during our trip to Sweden, we did not need shore power. The solar panels handled our consumption well, which included refrigerator use, lights, water pump, and various small devices for charging. The chart plotter is old; last year we transitioned to using a tablet instead. We have owned the boat for about 10 years, which encompasses our daughter's entire upbringing—hence the cushions show some wear. They could use new covers. We are experiencing some moisture in the helm, which is normal for this type of boat. It has been monitored regularly and assessed by our yard as being quite manageable as long as one stays on top of it. Invoices for various visits to the boatyard can be provided upon request. All original parts from toilets, windows etc., are still available and can easily be included. **Summary of Equipment List:** - Depth sounder - Log - Older chart plotter (Garmin 720s) - AIS (transmitter and receiver) - Aries windvane - Electric autopilot for windvane - Hydraulic autopilot (not connected and unreliable) - Solar panels (110W; we haven’t used shore power in summer since installing these) - 1000W Vetus windlass with 50m of 8mm chain - 20kg Rocna Vulcan anchor - Cockpit tent - Ray 63 VHF radio - Liferaft (due for servicing in May 2026) - Victron charger - Four USB ports - Eberspächer oil heater Please feel free to contact us; we are ready for a showing. The boat is currently in the water, so we are also prepared for a short test sail if desired.
