Hej, jag erbjuder här min Dehler 35 Cruising från 1997 till försäljning. Yachten har varit i min ägo sedan 2002 och har seglats av mig och min fru för semester- och helgturer uteslutande på Östersjön. Jag har alltid förnyat tekniken och utrustningen och hållit den på en aktuell nivå, så det tekniska tillståndet är mycket bra. Skrov, däck och interiör har också vårdats och är i gott skick. Det finns ingen underhållsskuld och det felfria vårdandet kan dokumenteras utan avbrott. En ny Yanmar-motor från 2017, ett mycket bra nytt däckbelägg från 2023 samt ett nytt Khaya-mahogny-golv från 2025 är tre starka argument för denna båt! Vi erbjuder yachten till försäljning eftersom vi vill växa ytterligare och hoppas att vi här kan hitta en intressent som också har glädje av en välskött yacht med mycket goda seglingsegenskaper. Hello, I am offering my Dehler 35 Cruising from 1997 for sale. The yacht has been in my possession since 2002 and has been sailed exclusively by my wife and me for vacation and weekend trips on the Baltic Sea. I have consistently updated the technology and equipment to keep everything current, ensuring that the technical condition is very good. The hull, deck, and interior have also been well-maintained and are in good condition. There is no backlog of maintenance, and the impeccable state of care can be documented without gaps. A new Yanmar engine from 2017, a very good new deck covering from 2023, and a new Khaya mahogany floor from 2025 are three strong arguments for this boat! We are selling the yacht because we want to upgrade to a larger model and hope to find an interested party who also enjoys a well-maintained yacht with excellent sailing characteristics. Hallo, Ik bied hierbij mijn Dehler 35 Cruising uit 1997 te koop aan. De yacht is sinds 2002 in mijn bezit en is door mij en mijn vrouw uitsluitend op de Oostzee gebruikt voor vakantie- en weekendtochten. Ik heb de techniek en uitrusting altijd vernieuwd en op een actueel niveau gehouden, waardoor de technische staat zeer goed is. Romp, dek en interieur zijn ook goed onderhouden en verkeren in goede staat. Er is geen achterstallig onderhoud en de uitstekende onderhoudstoestand kan volledig worden aangetoond. Een nieuwe Yanmar motor uit 2017, een zeer goede nieuwe dekbedekking uit 2023 en een nieuwe Khaya mahonie vloer uit 2025 zijn drie sterke argumenten voor deze boot! Hallo, ich biete hier meine Dehler 35 Cruising aus dem Jahr 1997 zum Verkauf an. Die Yacht ist seit 2002 in meinem Besitz und wurde von mir und meiner Frau für Urlaubs- und Wochenendtörns ausschließlich auf der Ostsee besegelt. Ich habe die Technik und Ausrüstung immer erneuert und auf aktuellem Stand gehalten, so dass der technische Zustand sehr gut ist. Rumpf, Deck und das Interiuer wurden ebenfalls gepfelgt und befinden sich im guten Zustand. Es besteht kein Wartungsstau und der einwandfreie Pflegezustand läßt sich lückenlos belegen.
