Josefine, International Folkebåd Yellow hull and souvenir blue bottom for sale Beautiful boat with some years under its belt, built in 1974. A well-sailing class boat, DEN 225. I have owned the boat since 2017, and it has previously sailed on Nakskov Fjord as well as in Bandholm Sailing Club/Smålandsfarvandet north of Lolland. Currently, it is located in Marbæk/Roskilde Fjord, where it is well-kept and maintained every year, but I just haven’t had the time to sail. Therefore, the boat needs a new owner so that Josefine can show her good side. Namely, what she does best — sailing! This boat practically sails itself; I would argue that the captain is probably the most distracting factor. The boat will handle wind and waves just fine. The equipment list is long, very long, as I apparently bought as if I were going to sail long distances in open waters far from the Danish coasts. The only thing missing is a liferaft and a satellite-based personal locator beacon, and you would essentially be ready to sail the vast oceans. The boat will manage just fine — “no worries.” As long as there is fuel for the outboard motor, there will always be power since the engine can charge the marine battery. Note: the new loose equipment is NOT in the boat! I know what the boat originally cost, and I have spent double that and then some on various upgrades including a new 6 HP Honda outboard motor with its own 6A charger (built in 2020, only run for a total of 30 hours and serviced annually) with a long shaft, Garmin chartplotter (GPS Map 7407xsv, 7”) including Blue Chart, installed CTEK (15A) charger and Gel battery (80 Amph) as well as shore power. A new heavy-duty lifting/lowering bracket for the motor has been installed and the transom reinforced internally with fiberglass. Simrad TP22 Tiller Pilot has been added so the boat can actually sail itself! New bronze seacocks have been installed. Almost all blocks have been renewed (Selden and Harken). Most sheets and halyards have been replaced with Dyneema/Gottifredi Maffioli Swiftcord. Additionally, a considerable amount of safety equipment has been procured including safety lines to deck, Spin Lock safety harnesses, Costal Cab Bag 1851 distress flares, Lazilas fire blanket and sea anchor, Watski first aid kit, Daniamant L170 Lifebuoy Light, portable LED spotlight, folding boarding ladder, life ring, throw line and much more. All mentioned equipment was purchased new. Most safety gear is unopened. Additionally included are two fairly new self-inflating life jackets as well as two older ones, plenty of nautical charts, and everything that came with the boat when I bought it — plus anything else I may have forgotten to mention! All of this plus the loose items will be sold; we can discuss the price depending on what you want. The mooring space can come with the boat; payment will be settled separately with the harbor owner. It’s a great mooring spot inside Marbæk Harbor where you have a beautiful view over the fjord and can see Roskilde Cathedral in the distance. The spot is very sheltered and centrally located.
