Remarks :

'Serenitas' is a Storebro Royal Cruiser 31 - a classic 6 berth motorboat built in Sweden. The Storebro Royal Cruiser 31 was the smaller sister of the successful Royal Cruiser 34. At the same width, it was about one metre shorter. Built in a solid single skin GRP, but with a beautiful mahogany wheelhouse, the 31 is a beautiful well-constructed motor yacht.

Powered by 2 x Volvo TAMD40A engines, each providing 124hp to shaft drives 'Serenitas' will cruise at 16kns with a maximum speed of approximately 22kns. She is presented in very good order, with new upholstery in 2018 and new laminate sole boards in the saloon and front cabin in 2017. The exterior covers were cleaned in 2019. She was antifouled and new anodes were fitted in 2019. Various other work was also completed then. The boat has a wonderful light and airy feel to her and is only for sale as the owners are purchasing a new boat.  Viewing is highly recommended.

Forecabin: Double berth forward with storage.
Saloon: Seating and table to port which can convert to a double berth.
Heads: To starboard with sea toilet, wash basin and shower.
Wheelhouse/cockpit: Large wheelhouse with helm position to port and single settee to starboard which converts into two berths upper and lower. Aft, self draining cockpit.
Galley: To starboard with single burner hob, combination oven/microwave. Electric fridge and sink with hot and cold pressurised water.
