Offered is an LM 24, a motor sailer commonly found in Denmark, purchased there in 2002. The boat was sailed every season from Travemünde until 2023 and unfortunately has to be sold by the owner in 2024 due to long-lasting hospital aftereffects. A telephone number is provided at the end of this ad. The boat was built in 1977, features a red stripe all around, a "red" LM, and a midship wheelhouse that can be closed off towards the cockpit to protect against spray and wet weather. In the wheelhouse, there is a helmsman's seat to starboard, a sink, and a two-burner gas stove opposite. The long keel measures 7.2m x 2.40m x 1.00m, allowing for berthing in harbors with shallow draft during holiday periods. At the back, above the engine, there is a cockpit that can be covered with a canopy, and next to the tiller on starboard, there is a second engine control. The engine is a Vetus M 2.18, built in 2018, diesel-powered, with a power output of 11.6 kW, 15.8 hp, consuming less than 2 liters per hour. Since installation, the engine has been continuously serviced by the shipyard as an authorized workshop by the manufacturer at the beginning and end of each season. Data is transmitted to the large engine panel in the wheelhouse, where information from the depth sounder, anemometer (Beaufort, knots), and electrical monitoring (Ah, A, V) can also be read. Onboard, there is a DEBEG 6322 VHF and DSC radio with call sign DJ 9552. The boat is equipped with an Eberspächer Airtronic auto heater (hot air) and a built-in battery charger for 60 and 80 Ah batteries. Additionally, there is a 30 or 40-watt solar panel that charges the batteries in sunny conditions (measured in Ah), and a solar fan provides airflow in the cabin to starboard. In the cockpit, there is a Raymarine ST 1000 autopilot for connection to the tiller. The sails, mainsail with Dehler reefing and a large jib/roller jib, have been inspected by a sailmaker. The protective sleeve for the roller jib has been renewed, and a spinnaker is included. New batteries / exterior hull polished and freshly sealed! Errors and prior sale reserved.
