For sale due to circumstances, an exceptionally well-maintained Prestige 450 Flybridge is available. The boat was built in 2015 and delivered to the first owner in early 2017 by Fa. Gründl in Neustadt as a stock boat. The boat has always been in the Baltic Sea (never in the south!!), wintered in a heated hall, and continuously maintained by the shipyard and authorized Volvo Penta partner. The Prestige 450F stands out for its enormous space and roomy feel. The salon is flooded with light through the panoramic windows, offering excellent all-around visibility. Privacy is maintained thanks to the mirrored heat protection glazing and blinds. The boat has two separate sleeping cabins, which is ideal for use with children. The owner's cabin, accessed through the rear entrance, features a large double bed accessible from both sides. A custom-made Laroma comfort mattress was made for the bed at the beginning of this season. Additionally, the cabin offers ample storage space and wardrobe. A television (reception via a self-aligning satellite antenna) and a large wardrobe for hanging textiles are also available. Large panoramic windows bring plenty of light into the lower cabin. From the sleeping area, you enter a bathroom with a separate shower, electric toilet, and plenty of storage space. The front cabin also has a large double bed, plenty of storage options, and separate access to the front bathroom. The bathroom here is also equipped with a shower facility and an electric toilet. The large bed can be easily converted into two single beds (pull apart). A custom-made Laroma comfort mattress was also made at the beginning of this season. In the passage to the front cabin, there is a large closet currently used for storage. It is designed to accommodate a washing machine. The upper salon, which integrates the lower helm, features ample seating, storage, an expandable table, a television, Bose sound system, and seamlessly transitions into the kitchen area. The kitchen, especially in summer with the sliding doors open, is one of the focal points of the living space and easily accessible from all sides. The kitchen is highly functional, offering a remarkably spacious feel. It is equipped with everything you need: cooker (induction), sink, plenty of storage, dishwasher, power outlets, a large refrigerator, and a separate freezer compartment. In the adjacent outdoor area, there is another spacious seating area, a large teak table, access to the bathing platform, and the engine room. The outdoor area is fitted with a teak floor similar to the bathing platform. From the bathing platform, you access the enormous storage space located at the stern. The large flybridge features a huge sunbathing area, the upper helm, a seating area with a table, and a refrigerated drawer.
