Sailing boat for sale
Description
"Troldanden" (The Tufted Duck) is for sale. Boatbuilder Bent Skovlund designed and built the boat on Thurø near Svendborg and launched it in 2004. It is a unique piece of danish boatbuilder craftsmanship with roots in Bents innovation and Walsteds Boatyard background. The classic look paired with a modern underwater-hull with a lifting keel gives the best from past and present time. It is a pleasure to tack away from many modern boats and to surf off when the genakker is rolled out. The lifting keel gives access to many lovely places, where others have to stay out in deeper waters. The big cockpit is a wonderful place to be and work. All lines drawn to the cockpit to Andersen winches and Spinlock clutches. In how many other 24 foot boats can you seat ten people for birthday cake in the cockpit? The cabin contains four beds and a bunkbed. The cooker and sink are built in well-thought drawers. There is a compressor cooler box. It can make icecubes for your drik, if needed. The “Troldanden” is fairly easy to maintain due to the fine craftsmanship. The construction is very stable. Varnish and paint only needs a coat every 3 to 4 years except for small repairs. I have enjoyed sailing Troldanden for the last 11 years after Bent died, but now it is the time for a new beginning. The new owner will have a fantastic boat that will turn heads in every harbour and give many wonderful sailing experiences. LOA: 8,15 m. With: 2,82 m. Depth: Centerboard up: 0,8 m.
