Description

CLASSIC DANISH BEAUTY * BEAUTIFUL SAILING LINES * 1ST OWNER'S VESSEL View full description, photos, and video at: www.yachtdreams.dk https://yachtdreams.dk/b-de/4049-impala-33 - First-class sailing characteristics and sailing pleasure - Exceptionally well-crafted interior - The vessel's sole owner has always taken good care of her - Beautiful teak wood on deck and in the cockpit Now you have the opportunity to acquire this very beautiful and classic vessel. She is still owned by her first owner, who originally outfitted and built the ship with great love for personal use. All work has been done in an exceptionally high-quality craftsmanship. Naturally made with the right professional background as a cabinetmaker. The vessel sails under the good name "Karma." This Impala 33 was built in 2006 at the Danish shipyard "Impala Yachts." The vessel was designed by the renowned Danish marine architect E. Bjørn Jensen. She is a well-known and very well-sailing design. All fiberglass work is hand-laid. In this version, "Karma" is equipped with a lead keel. Both hull and deck are constructed in a strong sandwich construction. This provides strength. Additionally, the double hull and deck are insulating, preventing condensation formation inside when the water and weather are cool. Throughout, one can enjoy the fine woodwork. The craftsmanship is at a high level, rarely seen in new vessels today. INTERIOR AND COMFORT: Below deck, one is impressed by the space and roominess. In the salon, there is a very nice solution with two angled armchairs on the port side. On the starboard side, the sofa is rounded. The table is built to fit perfectly into this fine arrangement. The solution is super comfortable and elegant. It all invites social gatherings on board where one can truly sit comfortably and enjoy conversations and company on board. The galley is located at the entrance on the port side. It is spacious and angled for easy access. It features a lovely stainless steel countertop and beautiful covers for the sink and cooler. There is, of course, hot and cold water on board. In addition to a shower in the toilet, there is also a shower with hot and cold water on the aft deck. The onboard warmth is easily maintained with the large 4-kW "Eberspächer" oil heater with outlets in all cabins. In the forepeak, there is a double cabin for the owners, and there is a large bunk bed / aft cabin on the port side. Suitable for two children or an adult. The cockpit steering is naturally supplemented with an autopilot, making it easy to maintain course effortlessly and operated with rack and pinion steering. CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE: "Karma" appears very well-maintained and well-equipped. Everything has been well taken care of. The deck and cockpit are teak-covered throughout. The teak wood looks very clean and neat in a very good teak quality. There are a few minor repairs that should be done on the teak deck, as well as a couple of seams that need to be replaced. The teak still has a good thickness. In the long run, the deck can be advantageously sanded down to make it completely level again. Below deck, everything looks very nice. There are two small areas where the woodwork needs sanding/lacquering. At the entrance to the salon and in one spot on the woodwork above the galley. The engine and technical equipment have been regularly maintained by the owner. Everything on board works and is in full working order. However, the log is out of order. Below the waterline, "Karma" has been regularly painted with white antifouling. She is clean and without damage. WELCOME ON BOARD We look forward to welcoming you on board "Karma." She must be seen in person for the right impression. "Karma" is currently on land, making it easy to inspect her, both above and below the waterline. She will be delivered launched and rigged when the time comes.
