Topas is a well-equipped sailing boat with both technical specifications and sailing characteristics in excellent condition. Almost everything on the boat has been replaced in recent years, including sails, batteries, and solar panels. Topas is a well-sailing family boat that has been built as a performance cruiser from the factory. It is small and light enough for competitive sailing, yet offers ample space and comfort for the entire family. It is the perfect compromise between two worlds, and you can feel it when you sail. Throughout its life, Topas has mostly been kept on land. In the first couple of years, it was owned by two families who sailed on the German and Swiss lakes. It was later sailed to the Mediterranean, where the previous owner sailed 2-3 months each year, primarily from restaurant to restaurant. As a result, the boat is in excellent condition, with sails that are like new (2023 first used from 2025), and the engine hours are low (2800). We have lived on the boat for a year and have sailed her from Greece to Denmark, transported by truck from Slovenia to Denmark in April 2026. We have paid VAT on the boat in 2025; documentation is available from Greek authorities. The boat is ready for long trips, as a holiday vessel, or as a liveaboard. Sails Main sail and genoa are three years old and are like new since the previous owner never used them. Asymmetrical spinnaker - like new (we installed a bowsprit and therefore know it hasn’t been used). If you wish to trade for another boat, there is a small possibility for that. We do not want another boat but are willing to consider a smaller boat in exchange if necessary.
