Description

Are you dreaming of a reliable family boat, where you just need to fill up with fuel and turn the key to be ready for adventure? Then take a look here. We are selling a well-maintained and well-sailing royal blue Swedish-built motorboat with a spacious aft deck and bathing platform. The boat has a fixed propeller shaft and bow thruster, making it easy to maneuver. An electric anchor winch helps increase comfort. The navigation equipment is in place: There is a Lowrance HDS9 plotter with Structure Scan Fishfinder, Simrad Autopilot with remote control from the aft deck, Raytheon navigation radar, and a WiFi system with Glomex antenna. The boat is arranged with a forward cabin with a spacious double bed and plenty of closet space. In addition, there is a separate guest cabin midship also with a double bed and closet. Additional sleeping space can be set up in the salon, providing up to 6 berths. An Eberspecher oil heater and fan (from 2020) ensure you can always stay warm. The perfect boat for the family. In the spacious salon, there is plenty of seating in the U-shaped sofa (reupholstered in 2023), and the front part of the sofa can be tilted up to create 2 good viewing seats next to the helm during sailing. The table can be used in both the salon and on the aft deck. Opposite the sofa, there is a pantry section with sink, hot/cold water, refrigerator, oven with 2 gas burners, and plenty of drawer and cabinet space. The 22-liter hot water tank is heated via engine heat or shore power. There is a separate toilet/shower room with electric toilet, sink, water, shower pump, holding tank, and the option for a handheld shower. The holding tank can be emptied via suction or pumped into the lake. On the aft deck, you will find a bench with good storage space and cushions. From here, there is direct access to the bathing platform with ladder and hand shower with hot/cold water. There is a sturdy blue canopy with full headroom, ensuring plenty of living space on the boat - even on a rainy day. The gas bottle for the pantry is located in a storage room on the aft bathing platform. In addition, a saltwater washdown pump has been installed on the aft deck. The boat has a very reliable and economical Yanmar 230 hp 4LH-LSTE diesel inboard engine, providing a top speed of around 20-23 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 18 knots. The engine has run for 2400 hours. The turbocharger, crankshaft, and exhaust hose were replaced in 2020, the battery bank (4 pieces) and pressure water pump are from 2023. The engine is serviced annually and in 2023, the cooling water system was cleaned on both the saltwater and freshwater sides. The boat is also equipped with a long-legged 20 HP Suzuki with electric start and electric tilt for use in fishing or as a spare engine in an emergency. This can be included in the deal but is intended to be sold separately. The boat is from 1999. It is 31 feet long and 3.2 meters wide, weighing 3700 kg. It is located in a shed at Masnedø, has been prepared for spring, and is ready for a new season. It comes with 4 new fenders, 4 new ropes, fire extinguishing equipment, and distress flares. All pictures were taken in February/March 2024.
