Measuring 17 meters in length and 4 meters in width, this steel houseboat features a generous interior and two outdoor spaces, including a covered and an open terrace. Construction and dimensions The hull of the houseboat is crafted from steel, enhancing the vessel's robustness. With a draft of 100 cm, the boat is suitable for shallower waters. Inside, there is a headroom of 185 cm, providing ample room to move around. The boat is registered under an alternative registration form, and VAT has been paid. Interior and accommodation The houseboat is designed with comfort and functionality in mind. It features one fixed sleeping berth, with the option for an additional sleeping space.
