Beautiful Lemsteraak with the possibility of taking over a stable income from rentals through Sailcharter Friesland. Luxurious Lemsteraak with the option of a rental/purchase model through Sailcharter Friesland. Lemsteraak Father Jacob (formerly Zonnewind) is a very complete, ready-to-sail, beautiful family ship that can be sailed by a small crew. Designed by A. de Boer, the ship was launched by Van Rijnsoever in 1993. The ship is in very good condition, modestly but functionally decorated with woodcarvings. It has little teak that requires a lot of maintenance and regularly receives compliments. With a length of 10.05 m and a width of 3.85 m, the Zonnewind is a manageable, stable ship that maneuvers well, even under motor. Ballast through thickened flat plate. Hydraulic steering, with linked Evolution EV 400 autopilot. The Raymarine Axiom 9 chartplotter and the connected autopilot, depth, wind indicator, and speedometer at the helm make the ship suitable for a small (solo) crew. The sail wardrobe includes mainsail with sail number VB 208, jib, and staysail. Lewmar winches for staysail, jib, and backstays are located at the deep cockpit. The mainsail is easily hoisted with the proven (de Groot Stavoren) single-line reefing system. The boat is also equipped with roller furling jibs and lazy jacks. The ship offers surprisingly ample space. The light interior (painted white with teak) creates a spacious feeling. Built on the flat, it provides over 190 cm of headroom under the full cabin. It features a classic, functional layout with a spacious salon and galley to port, and a navigation area and bench to starboard. The blue leather comfortable seating with foldable table makes the salon a pleasant living space. The cabin can be heated by the Webasto hot air heating with thermostat. Hot and cold running water with a pressure pump is available for an outdoor shower (indoor shower prepared), in the galley, and in the wet room. There are 7 berths, 5 fixed in two cabins in the bow. The ship is equipped with a starter battery, two service batteries, and shore power sockets. The easily foldable mast and collapsible masthead extend the sailing area. The Hollandsebrug, Stichtsebrug, and Ketelbrug are therefore not barriers for the Zonnewind. Father Jacob is a charming family ship, suitable for long journeys, even offshore.
