REDUCED to under 1,000,000,- Forbina 40. Also known as "The Floating Country House." And that is no understatement. This boat offers oceans of space for a 40-foot powerboat. A large salon with an incredible amount of natural light, a spacious pantry that a food-loving crew would appreciate. Three separate cabins, a large bathroom, and not least a generous aft deck and a wonderfully large flybridge. If you are looking for a quality boat with these facilities, you are on the right track. It is hard to find a boat with 5-6 genuine fixed berths in separate cabins, but this one has succeeded, allowing the whole family to have some privacy on summer vacations. Access from the bow is easy via the wide side decks, leading down to the spacious aft deck. There is plenty of room here, with access via a solid molded staircase up to the lovely flybridge, and also out to the large swim platform at the stern. Overall, there is an incredible amount of outdoor space and options for lounging in shade or sun or relaxing on the swim platform. The swim platform is nearly three meters wide and 80-90 centimeters deep. Beneath a hatch lies the swim ladder, and the anchor winch at the stern is well concealed. This creates a "clean" impression. Towards the aft deck are stainless steel holders for four large fenders. And of course, there is a gate leading to the aft deck, which is spacious with a fixed bench at the rear that, along with a table and a couple of loose chairs, forms a nice seating area. When you look at the swim platform and aft deck, it is clear that the manufacturer had ample space available. So there has been room for most things without compromising, resulting in everything looking well-organized and giving an impression of being slightly larger than it actually is. And everything is covered in teak, which provides an exclusive feel. Access to the salon occurs via a large glass door, where there is plenty of space around the table and room to move around comfortably inside the boat. There’s volume and really good space throughout. The entire salon gives an airy impression and behind the helm station is a section with drawers and cabinets. The pantry isn’t located here but two steps down in a mid-section further forward in the boat adjacent to the "distribution corridor." Here there’s ample cupboard space, an L-shaped countertop with good working height, and room for everything you need. Aft of the pantry on port side is the door leading into the large guest cabin. There’s truly ample space here along with good storage options, a large wardrobe, and sufficient headroom over the spacious double berth. Reading lamps and shelves provide comfort along with good ventilation. On starboard side there’s another double berth under the helm station above. The height above half of this berth under the salon is slightly lower; therefore it’s best suited for one person but two can easily sleep here as well. In front of this berth are a small bench and table. Opposite from the pantry you will find the toilet room. Everything is neat and tidy here. In one corner there's a shower with a grate on the floor; if you want to shower you'll need to use a shower curtain. The toilet room is functional with good space and full headroom. Forward lies the owner's cabin with a reasonably sized and comfortable double berth. The cabin is spacious with good ventilation through an overhead hatch, two portholes, and two ventilation vents. Underneath the berth is a large drawer where you'll find access to the bow thruster motor below it. Two wardrobes and shelves provide excellent comfort in this forward cabin area. The technical installations are easily accessible through large hatches on the aft deck, while the engines are protected by soundproof boxes that help keep noise levels low. The boat handles really well even in rough seas; its two well-serviced 2024 Volvo Penta D4 engines each producing 210 horsepower send this vessel up onto plane quickly while topping out around 30 knots. The boat features duoprop drives ensuring excellent grip in water while maneuvering becomes effortless thanks to both bow and stern thrusters from Sleipner. The boat will be delivered with newly serviced engines. This fantastic boat is located in Bornholm and can be viewed by appointment. Check out the pictures and schedule a showing!
