Additional Information Accommodation Step aboard Adventure 1 and you’re welcomed by the convenient, teak drop-down transom/swim platform—a standout feature that makes boarding effortless from the dock, dinghy, or water, while doubling as a perfect spot for relaxing and swimming while at anchor. Stepping up into the cockpit, you’ll find one of the most ergonomic and user-friendly designs in its class. Twin helm stations are positioned well aft, providing the skipper with unobstructed 360-degree visibility and keeping the entire cockpit area open and inviting for guests. Each helm features a new touchscreen Raymarine chartplotter that delivers full navigation, instruments, radar, and autopilot controls right where you need them. A central multifunction display and windlass control are neatly mounted on the cockpit table console, allowing seamless operation and monitoring from either side. Sheets are led aft directly to the helms via Harken hardware, with a Harken 46, 2-speed electric winch on the port side coachroof dedicated to the main halyard and reef lines for effortless single-handed or short-handed sailing. The spacious cockpit seats 6–8 comfortably in the shade of the bimini around the large, folding leaf cockpit table, creating an ideal social hub for dining, relaxing, or enjoying the breeze. Everything is thoughtfully placed for safety, comfort, convenience, and enjoyment, making the cockpit a true highlight of this model. Descending below deck, drop down the wide companionway and you enter a bright, open interior that feels far larger than 47 feet and is refreshingly cool at the dock thanks to (3) zone AC units. The salon features a generous U-shaped settee to port with centerline bench seating around a large table that comfortably seats (8). Hull ports and overhead hatches flood the space with breeze and natural light, while indirect LED lighting creates a warm evening ambiance. Storage is abundant under the settees and in dedicated cabinets. Seamlessly integrated on the port side is the dedicated nav station—a full-size chart table with leatherette work surface, laptop space, and easy access to all electrical panels and electronics. It’s perfectly positioned for the navigator yet doesn’t intrude on the living area. Opposite, the galley is a true chef’s workspace with Corian countertops along the starboard side of the salon. Double stainless sinks with fill-in pieces if additional countertop space is desired, or flip one over to reveal a cutting board. Large top & front opening fridge and top-loading deep freezer that provides the opportunity for longer term provisioning. A (3)-burner gimbaled stove with oven, and massive storage throughout, soft-close drawers, upper cabinets with all new hydraulic hinges, and sliding waste/recycling bins make for a very well-equipped galley. Forward Owner’s Suite Continuing forward, the generous owner’s cabin features a wide island berth with premium high-density foam mattress, reading lights, and excellent storage (large hanging lockers port and starboard plus drawers beneath the berth). A dedicated desk/vanity with mirror and lighting makes it perfect for work or getting ready. The ensuite head is spacious, with a solid-surface countertop, NEW marine toilet, and if desired you can separate the shower stall with a folding plexiglass door. Aft Cabins The two identical aft cabins each offer large double berths (approx. 6’8” x 4’8”), hanging lockers, hull ports, opening ports into the cockpit, and private access to their own ensuite heads with showers. Storage is plentiful, and the layout keeps the cabins private yet easy to access. The starboard aft head is also new, while the port aft head has a brand-new pump. Condition & Comfort Even though she’s a 2017 model, the interior looks exceptional—showing very little wear and tear thanks to meticulous care. The Alpi teak joinery was recently re-varnished and glows beautifully. Three independent air-conditioning units (Cruisair, approx. 34,000 BTU total) keep the entire interior cool and comfortable when plugged in at the dock. This (3)-cabin/(3)-head layout delivers privacy for three couples or a family, maximum living space, and true turn-key cruising readiness. It’s a proven, light-filled design that feels like a much larger yacht. Interior Comforts and Amenities (3) AC units approx. 3400 BTU total — V-berth unit oversized (new 2024) Quick 110V water heater (also heated by engine) (3)
