CLASSIC SWEDISH QUALITY * SAFE AND SECURE SAILING See complete description, photos, and video at: www.yachtdreams.dk https://yachtdreams.dk/b-de/4262-hallberg-rassy-312 - Hallberg Rassy 312 MK1 - Presented in original condition - Danish-owned from new - a total of 3 owners - current owners since 2004 - Newer sprayhood and cockpit tent from 2020 The Hallberg Rassy 312 is well-known among sailors and represents solid Swedish boatbuilding craftsmanship. She was originally designed for Scandinavian waters and performs excellently in waves, even when there is a brisk wind. Here is an opportunity to acquire a truly solid and quite spacious vessel for relatively little money. At the same time, the 312 is built with surprisingly good space below decks, allowing for up to 5 people to sleep onboard. There is also reasonable headroom for most. In the salon, the height is approximately 185 cm from the floor to the ceiling. She sails our waters under the name: "ESMARALDA" LAYOUT AND COMFORT The layout below decks is traditional, with a salon amidships and berths/sofas on both sides. In the forepeak, there is a toilet compartment with a sink. Furthest forward, we find the owner's cabin with a full-length double berth. Two fine berths can be made up in the salon, and there is also a single so-called quarter berth on the port side. This berth is also full-length. Midships, the navigation station is located on the starboard side, with the pantry situated midships on the port side. In the cockpit, ample space and an enjoyable sailing experience are ensured by wheel steering. Here you sit safely and comfortably protected in a cozy atmosphere of teak wood while enjoying excellent seating ergonomics. From the cockpit, there’s an overview, shelter, and visibility through the fixed windscreen. It is solidly constructed with tempered glass in aluminum frames. On deck, access is quite good so you can move around easily without having to squeeze through tight spaces. The teak deck ensures both grip underfoot as well as a warm and pleasant impression when walking on it. CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE "Esmaralda" presents itself in many ways in its original condition. Generally maintained and naturally showing signs of use that correspond to her age. The teak deck and teak in the cockpit are original and are in reasonably good condition. It shows that since 2004, she has always been stored indoors and stripped down during winter months. The current owner personally renovated the engine in 2004. During this occasion, new bearings were installed along with new pistons; valves were ground, etc. Since then, the engine and drive have been serviced annually with oil changes and filter replacements among other things. The instruments are all older models; thus one might consider an upgrade here. There have been no significant upgrades to equipment onboard. A mainsail from around 2010 is included. It does not appear new but functions adequately according to the owner. A headsail/genoa is included but is due for replacement. The vessel has not been prepared for spring; it requires cleaning, polishing, and care for the teak deck and its plugs before setting sail again. BOAT'S HISTORY "Esmaralda" has had a total of 3 Danish owners. The current couple has sailed her for the past 22 years. She is being sold solely due to their decision to "go ashore" after many fine adventures with this vessel. WELCOME ABOARD "Esmaralda" is ready for viewing indoors and on land. You are very welcome to give us a call for further information or to arrange a viewing of the vessel. The boat can potentially be delivered rigged and launched.
