The Altena “Havilah” is a spacious and robustly built Dutch motor yacht from 1995. With a length of 11.20 meters, a generous beam of 3.85 meters, and a layout featuring three cabins and six sleeping places, it offers ample space for longer cruising vacations and onboard living. A significant advantage is the engine configuration. In 2010, a Mitsubishi S6S six-cylinder diesel engine with 95 horsepower was installed, which currently has only about 1,030 running hours. Additionally, the propeller shaft was replaced in 2022. The hydraulic steering and 24V Nobels bow thruster make maneuvering effortless. Inside, Havilah features a warm interior crafted from steamed beech wood. The brown Alcantara upholstery was completely renewed in 2024. The compressor refrigerator is also from 2024, and in 2025 a new electric toilet was installed. With three separate cabins, a complete bathroom, and a headroom of approximately 1.90 to 1.95 meters, the vessel is practically designed for multiple occupants. Technically, Havilah is equipped with a Victron Blue Smart battery charger, Victron 2000W inverter, three solar panels, and Eberspächer diesel heating. The waste water tank was coated in 2024. With a fuel capacity of no less than 1,000 liters, an extensive range is also possible. On the exterior, the sprayhood was renewed in 2024. The paintwork dates from 2018 and is finished in Sikkens one-component paint; the antifouling is from 2023. Currently, one of the three burners on the gas stove is not functioning. A spacious and practically laid out Altena with a relatively young Mitsubishi engine, recent technical investments, and remarkably ample accommodation for its length.
