The boat space is rented from SMSK and the current agreement runs until 2048. Located at the innermost part of Sakskøbing fjord by the floating bridge close to the city center, peaceful with a great view of the surrounding water life. Houseboat "Haveje" located at the houseboat floating bridge in Sakskøbing Harbor. Built on a reinforced concrete hull with 164 m2 of living space on 2 floors, utilized and optimally furnished. The houseboat is built for year-round living with underfloor heating and heat pumps. From the floating bridge, there are stairs to the front door and hallway. From here, there is access to a small terrace, as well as entrance to a large spacious living room with a bright kitchen and cooking island, dining area, sofa arrangement, and access to a large 30 m2 terrace. From the living room, there are stairs to the lower level with a lovely and large distribution room that can be used as a cinema, office, etc. From here, there is access to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a room for technology/workshop. This primarily involves creating a new gangway, replacing the deck on the aft terrace, and after a leak (which has been repaired) in the deck, the ceiling in one room needs to be restored. Overall, repairing these issues will amount to approximately DKK 100,000 and will be fixed - alternatively, the houseboat can be taken over as is at a significantly reduced price. It should be noted that the houseboat is registered as a year-round house, but there is no residency requirement, so the houseboat can be rented out as a summer house.
