More than 2400 professional working hours as well as a lot of money have gone into updating this boat. Just to express what condition this boat is in and how much work these updates have required. Built in 1998 where the boats were built very solidly. Like so many other boats, this applies to Princess, Fairline, Sunseeker and more, the lining on the walls has a tendency to loosen, and this is because the thin layer of foam that is glued to the lining loosens, and then there is is only one way, it is to disassemble with a terrible mess as a result, as the black foam on the back has turned into thin powder, and really gets dusty when the covering is loosened. At the end of the central corridor access to the large forward cabin with double bed, tall cupboards and own large bathroom. From the saloon there are stairs to the flybridge, and also from the aft deck there are stairs to the large flybridge, which has a double steering position, a large corner sofa with a table and a wet bar with cold and hot water and a grill. From aft deck descent to crew cabin with 2 single beds, which is now used as storage. CONDITION: The boat is in good condition with only approx. 900 sailing hours. Everywhere below deck throughout the boat has been cleaned and completely dry. The boat is special as this extensive work has been done to update the boat.
