Description

Fast sailing polyester motor yacht with aft deck/flybridge and 4 fixed sleeping places with private sanitary facilities. The Condor Comtess 44 is a solidly built polyester motor yacht that offers pleasant sailing characteristics at both slow and fast speeds. The Condor is easily accessible and features flush decks all around. The aft deck or swim platform can be reached from the side decks via the transom stairs. The aft deck is equipped with two long comfortable benches facing each other, providing a perfect view of the surroundings and direct contact with the helm station inside or on the flybridge. The present bimini top offers a delightful shaded spot on sunny days. The interior of this Condor Comtess gives a well-maintained impression and is 90% complete. The spacious salon boasts ample natural light and a good view outside. The salon is arranged with a longitudinal bench opposite a wall of cabinets and the inside helm station. The separate helm seat can be positioned as either a double helm seat or longitudinal bench. In the fore ship, the galley, a sanitary space, and sleeping quarters are situated. The galley features a spacious dinette and a well-equipped kitchen for delightful onboard cooking. The sanitary space in the fore ship is centrally accessible but still requires finishing. In the aft ship, the engine room and owner's cabin are accessible from the hallway. The owner's cabin is furnished with a spacious freestanding double bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite sanitary space with electric toilet and washing/shower facilities. Over the years, the current owner has kept this Condor Comtess up to date and modernized it to personal preferences. Recently, one engine seized, and the other engine overheats (2x MAN, 2146 M12). It is assumed that both engines, given the issues and age, need replacement. Therefore, this Condor is an ideal 'project' for a skilled technician or can be used as a floating holiday home.
