Boat Description NINA is a 31' Roger Hill power catamaran, built in New Zealand with epoxy-laminated Corecell. This construction makes for a lightweight & solid hull that handles the Virgin Islands' unpredictable weather and sea state with ease, delivering a very comfortable ride at speed. Twin Mercury Verado 225hp outboards push her to an efficient cruise of 24-30 kts and a top end of 38 kts WOT. Electrical Package The electrical package alone is something to behold. A 10.2 kWh Victron lithium bank, 970W of solar, and a 3000W inverter/charger let you run air conditioning and sleep in comfort all night, then recharge all day without ever touching shore power. Redundant charging and battery monitoring allows you to keep tabs on systems from anywhere thanks to onboard systems and Starlink connectivity. The helm carries dual Simrad NSS9 EVO3S displays with full NMEA integration. Convertible Cabin Cruiser She's set up as a true convertible cabin cruiser. Close the electric forward windshield hatch and drop the rear polycarbonate enclosures, and the entire salon & pilothouse becomes one enclosed, air-conditioned space, comfortable in any weather. Open it back up and you've got a wide, open-air entertaining area with a walk-through transom and swim platform that makes boarding from the water effortless, ideal for swimmers, divers, or anglers working the cockpit. Accommodations Below, NINA sleeps 4-6 adults across a forward queen berth in the center line main stateroom, an additional single berth, and a convertible salon table that drops to form a double berth. She also features a galley with a 3-burner propane stove, sink, fridge, and drawer freezer plus a separate full head with shower and propane heating for instant hot water. Seating comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests plus captain across the cockpit and salon. Additional Information Accommodation Board NINA through the open cockpit or the wide walk-through transom swim platform, ideal for boarding from the water. The cockpit has dual bench seats with room to add cooler seats, or keep it open for offshore fishing. Storage runs under the bench seating and deck hatches, with easy access to rigging and fuel tanks. The cockpit flows straight into the pilothouse and salon on one continuous level, making the whole space great for entertaining. Inside, the salon has a teak cabin sole and recently reupholstered settees to port and starboard that seat 8+, with a teak table that converts to a double berth. Open the windows for the Caribbean breeze, or close the side windows, electric forward windshield hatch, and rear polycarbonate enclosures to turn the space into an enclosed, air-conditioned cabin. The centered helm offers panoramic views and a refurbished Stidd-pedestal captain's chair. The redesigned dash puts dual Simrad displays and all AC & DC systems within arm's reach. Anchor the vessel without leaving the helm, monitoring the windlass via video feed on the Simrad MFD. Redundant battery charging and management systems can be checked remotely thanks to Starlink connectivity. The electrical systems and upgrades on board are something to behold, not something you see every day on a vessel of this size, and certainly a welcome addition. Forward to starboard is the centerline private stateroom with a queen berth; aft of it is an additional single berth under the starboard settee. Port of the helm is the galley, with a 3-burner propane stove, sink, and fridge. Forward of the galley is the full head and shower, with hot water from a propane instant water heater. NINA sleeps 4-6 adults and seats 10+ guests plus captain, without losing the open, airy feel of a true convertible pilothouse cruiser. Her epoxy and Corecell construction keeps her light and robust, handling the Virgin Islands' unpredictable weather and sea state with a notably comfortable ride. She's a strong fit as a family cruiser or as a standout entry in the competitive day charter market.
