The Pieter Beeldsnijder 47 “Maron” is a unique and exceptionally stable steel motor yacht with an aluminum superstructure and an elegant round bilge hull. The vessel is equipped with two powerful Deutz engines, each delivering 156 horsepower, a bow thruster, and bilge keels, making it ideal for navigating both smaller inland waters and coastal areas. What gives this one-off built yacht extra character is the spacious central cockpit that evokes the feel of a sailing yacht. For water sports enthusiasts accustomed to sailing yachts, this instantly feels familiar and like coming home. The yacht has been professionally maintained, recently received new antifouling, and has always been stored in a boathouse. In the forepeak, there is a spacious guest cabin featuring a comfortable V-shaped bed and ample storage space. The galley is directly connected to the salon and is equipped with a refrigerator, a generous Corian countertop, a sink, a four-zone induction cooktop, and a microwave. The bathroom in the forepeak includes an electric toilet, a sink, and a shower cabin. The salon is spacious and cozy, with an L-shaped seating area and a wall of cabinets with an additional cooler. From the salon, a corridor leads to the aft section where the generous owner's cabin is located. This cabin has its own bathroom with an electric toilet, sink, and shower cabin, two spacious separate beds measuring 200 by 100 centimeters, and a dressing table/desk between the beds. Thanks to the portholes all around and two hatches in the ceiling, the space is bright and inviting. Each engine has its own easily accessible engine room located on either side of the corridor leading to the aft section. A wide staircase from the salon leads to the central cockpit, which features a bimini top with an aft tent that allows all sides to be unzipped or fully folded away for an authentic convertible feel. On starboard side is the steering system with navigation equipment, while at the rear of the central cockpit there is a comfortable U-shaped seating area with two tables. The side decks are level with the central cockpit and accessible via doors on both sides. The entire deck is flush and equipped with wide side decks featuring sturdy guardrails that enhance safety and comfort on board. This yacht is truly eye-catching on the water and has proven itself as a reliable travel companion for its current owners. During trips to England, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, they experienced unforgettable boating holidays and praise the great stability and maneuverability of this 15.20-meter long vessel. The boathouse in Terherne can be taken over if desired so you can set sail directly from this beautiful location into the Frisian waters and easily venture out into the wider world.
