For sale is a Riwall 37 from 1976. Solid Swedish-built steel boat in the style of Nauticat and Motiva, with plenty of space. L11.30m B3.40m Draft 1.65m The boat was repainted everywhere externally in the autumn of 2022 with 7x epoxy after sandblasting. New non-slip deck paint and 3x antifouling. The engine is a 4 cyl. Ford Lehmann 2700 diesel engine with 80 hp. The engine is newly renovated, recently serviced, and all fuel hoses have been replaced. The boat has 6 berths (4 fixed + 2). V-berths in the forepeak and a brand new 140x200 double bed in the aft cabin. There are brand new spring mattresses and a T65 Dreamzone mattress topper for the aft berth. Additionally, another double berth can be made in the salon, where the seating/dining area can be converted. The salon galley is equipped with a refrigerator, 2 gas burners and oven, sink with cold water (new filter included). The galley also has plenty of cabinets and drawers, and all tableware, pots, pans, etc. are included. The sea toilet is a brand new Jabsco compact. A new macerator pump and stainless steel tank are included for establishing a holding tank solution. The boat has an oil heater and waterborne heating in all rooms. The oil heater needs servicing. The 3x 12v batteries are charged by the engine, shore power, and a 30W solar panel on the roof. There is a powerful 24v bow thruster. 200l freshwater tank and 200l diesel tank, both in stainless steel. In the cockpit, there is a seating area with comfortable seats (+ extra folding seat) and a table with extension. Large sliding hatch in the roof. All engine instruments are located under the cabin roof above the front windows, where windshield wipers, navigation lights, etc. are controlled. The boat can be steered from both the cockpit (currently not connected) and from the aft deck, where a large helm chair and a brand new 7” Garmin chartplotter with touchscreen make sailing a bit easier. The boat has a 12.5m Selden aluminum mast with NEMO roller furling. The sail wardrobe includes mainsail, genoa, and spinnaker. All sails are used but in good condition. Also included are new sheets and a brand new NASA wind instrument for mounting on the mast. The mast is not currently installed, making it easy to service and prepare (aluprotect, etc. included). Below the aft deck is a huge lazarette, providing space for fenders, anchors, and other gear. At the back of the boat, there is a large bathing ladder and davits for a dinghy. Included are an anchor windlass (and Bruce anchor), 2 lifebuoys, fenders, mooring lines and ropes, boat hook, 2 inflatable life jackets, distress signals, and much more. The price reflects that the boat, despite upgrades, still has some areas that can be improved, mainly cosmetically. Now reduced to 185,000,-
