Eleonora’s Falcon – Levi 31 – 1973 – Elephant Boatyard (UK) Eleonora’s Falcon is a classic Levi 31 motorboat, built in 1973 by the renowned Elephant Boatyard in the UK. Her hull form and performance characteristics are very much in line with the legendary designs of Sonny Levi, although authorship has not been confirmed. Between 1999 and 2005, she underwent a thorough and carefully executed refit, during which she was extensively upgraded both technically and cosmetically. As part of this restoration, two new 320 hp Nanni Diesel engines were installed, paired with surface-piercing drives that deliver remarkable speed and handling. The entire electrical system was replaced during the refit, and the boat is equipped with modern navigation electronics, including a Raymarine chartplotter and a Simrad Robertson autopilot. Trim control is handled by a Zipwake system—an advanced alternative to conventional trim tabs. Both the deck and the spacious cockpit are finished in teak, giving the boat a warm, classic look that complements her sleek lines. The interior layout is both practical and inviting. On the port side, there is a comfortable settee, while the starboard side is home to the galley and the head. In the forepeak, a V-berth provides sleeping accommodations. The cockpit offers ample space and includes a sunbathing area above the engine bay. Two open teak gunwales lead forward to the deck, where the electric windlass can be operated with ease. Eleonora’s Falcon has been stored indoors under a tarp at the end of each season, ensuring excellent preservation. Uniquely, the boat is sold with its own transport truck—a Renault M210—specially outfitted for moving the boat. The truck is included in the sale and provides full flexibility for transport. For anyone seeking a distinctive, fast classic powerboat that is ready to launch, Eleonora’s Falcon represents a rare and compelling opportunity.
