This Sirena Pedrick 40 is in great conditions, constantly maintained by her third owner. Builded in Finland by Lito Marin shipyard, on a design of David Pedrick, famous for America One project, she is one of the only 22 produced, all semicustom boats from a country that gave us Swan and X-yachts Very comfortable can easily accommodate up to 6 in her spacious 2 cabin plus saloon.  Cabin heating, good electronics and strong seaworthy properties.  Spirit of Zoya is a fine cruising yacht. They sadly had an accident had had to sell her to us in 2009.  We bought her north via North Sea,Orkney and Shetland.
