Asmus KG Yachtbau - Hanseat 70 "Aglaia" A Hanseat is synonymous with solidly built and easy-to-sail cruising yachts. The 70s models represented the success of the offshore cruisers handcrafted in Glückstadt by Asmus KG Yachtbau. In addition to meeting the highest quality standards, it was the small detail solutions that made a Hanseat 70 truly unique. It's no wonder that the yacht editorial summed it up succinctly but effectively: The Hanseat 70 is a solidly built cruising yacht with timeless lines and a dedicated following (Quote: Yacht 10/2009). The "Aglaia" was acquired by its current owner in 2020. In the same year, the underwater hull was completely rebuilt, and the hull was painted in a visually appealing blue (RAL) in 2k paint. The deck hatches were equipped with mosquito nets and blackout blinds. The bow pulpit was redesigned, and the bathing ladder was extended. Inside, the "Aglaia" presents itself in its original condition. The interior is in good and well-maintained condition. The benches are comfortable and covered in heavy leather. The technology is robust and straightforward. The galley offers ample space. The gas stove and oven are in like-new condition. The bow cabin provides enough space for two people in the V-berth. The door of the spacious head compartment serves, among other things, as a separation from the salon. Opposite the head compartment is a large linen closet. Overall, there are ample storage spaces, compartments, and cabinets throughout the boat. Long voyages are therefore not a problem. The nearly "indestructible" Indenor DTP 40 has been partially overhauled. The cooling system was flushed and partially renewed. Maintenance work has been carried out by a specialized workshop. All work done since 2020 is fully documented and supported by invoices. Some documented history of the last two owners is available.
