🧭 The Bavanca 320 is a descendant of the popular Bianca 320 model. When Bianca Yacht decided to cease production of new boats back in the mid-90s, a small shipyard took over. Their aim was to produce and sell boats with the excellent sailing characteristics of Bianca, combined with a more individual interior layout. As a result, today there are hardly two boats alike in design. The 320 model bears resemblance to the Bianca LIDO, with differences such as the built-in aft bathing platform, making the boat significantly more versatile. Cockpit is spacious, providing ample workspace during sailing and a huge advantage in port. It easily accommodates up to 6 people with the included cockpit table. The deck is covered with non-slip coating from Treadmaster. Inside, the salon features two longitudinal sofas that can be converted into sleeping berths when needed. A large table comfortably seats 6 diners. Headroom in the salon is close to 190 cm. Well-appointed galley allows for meal preparation, even while sailing. It includes a newer stove and a large built-in refrigerator with freezer compartment, all up to date. Cold and hot water available. A spacious aft cabin offers excellent sleeping space for two, along with a chart table and technical controls. Forward of the mast, there is a toilet with a sliding door separating the forepeak from the salon. The toilet is of recent make. The forepeak cabin is fitted with a V-berth providing comfortable sleeping for 2. The reliable Yanmar engine, freshwater-cooled and with a fixed shaft, powers the boat. In addition to regular maintenance/service, motor mounts, shaft seal, and a new flexible coupling on the shaft have been replaced. As the current owner since 2016, we have continuously maintained and upgraded the boat for many new seasons. In 2020, all antifouling was removed and the hull sanded. This was followed by 6 layers of 2K Epoxy primer, Sigmacover, and VC17 Extra. In 2023, the galley was updated with a new larger fridge including a freezer. In 2024, new rubber engine mounts from Ellebogen were installed, along with a new Shaft Flex coupling and Blackjack (shaft seal). In 2024/25, onboard electrical installations were reviewed and updated with a new control panel and battery pack. 1x 105Amp start battery and 2x Marathon AGM 125 Amp for consumption.
