The bow thruster should be mentioned first. It is rare to see it on a 30-foot boat and it just adds super comfort for easy harbor maneuvers. Of course, there is also a really good autopilot and a newer plotter. The sail wardrobe is in great condition. There are newer beautiful sails from 2016 and 2018. Both are roller sails. The primary winches are located all the way back at the helm in the cockpit - making her very easy to sail - even for just one person. Note that these are "Andersen" winches for the genoa sheets. CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE: "Anna Lisa" is only being sold because the owners are upgrading to a larger sailboat - also a Bavaria Cruiser. She appears in exceptionally fine condition throughout, where everything has been maintained according to regulations. The engine and sail drive have been fully serviced, and the hull has been repainted up to 2025. One thing worth mentioning is that the keel could use a bit of sanding, priming, and repainting.
