The "305 Ciera" model boasts elegant lines and is a wonderfully spacious vessel. It is designed to take its owners and guests on comfortable extended trips and vacations. At the same time, the size of the boat also invites for quick evening cruises on the water. She sails under the good name "Søstjernen" (The Sea Star). INTERIOR AND COMFORT Access to the boat is easy via the large bathing platform aft, or through the bow and the opening glass panel in the windshield. Upon boarding, you are welcomed into the lovely cockpit. The first impression here is spaciousness and plenty of light. The cockpit canopy provides magnificent space and headroom, even for the tallest among the crew and guests. The cockpit canopy is divided into 2 parts and separated by the practical arch. Even with the canopy up, there is an incredibly fine view all around. All 8 seats are adorned with very nice, white, and clean cushions, with minimal wear and damage, except for a tiny rift. A new and beautiful "Isiteek" flooring has been laid on the deck. It is practical, warm, soft, non-slip, and very comfortable to walk on barefoot in the summer. There is ample space around the large foldable table at the U-shaped sofa. There is room for 6 people around the table. Opposite the table, there is an additional sink. Additionally, there is a shower on the aft deck, providing comfort when bathing from the large bathing platform. There is easy access to the water and the boat with the integrated bathing ladder. Below deck, there is another large sofa group, a large double bed in the bow, and a nice cabin with a double bed. Down here, 2 adult couples can comfortably spend the night with the option for separate privacy. Of course, a couple of people can also sleep in the cockpit if they prefer outdoor living at night. For cooler days and nights, the boat features an oil heater and central heating with its own diesel tank, ensuring warmth regardless of the weather. The galley, also located below deck, is well-equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, and a hob heated with alcohol or electricity. When the sun shines and the wind calms down, one naturally gravitates to the boat's foredeck. There is a wonderful space for sunbathing here. A couple of good foldable deck chairs/mattresses come with the boat, perfect for lounging up here. TECHNICAL DETAILS When it comes to the technical aspects, the 2 large V8 engines, each with 260 hp, are the first noticeable feature. Here, there is all the power one could wish for. The boat is easily maneuvered with the engines' two Z-drives (both with stainless steel dual propellers). Add to that the strong bow thruster. Docking maneuvers are a breeze once mastered. A special feature of this boat is the smile that spreads when you open the door to the engine room. Beautiful aluminum tread plates are installed everywhere. There is also plenty of storage space and good footholds. This provides an incredibly efficient and comfortable access to the engines and technology. During sailing, the boat is trimmed with hydraulic trim tabs, and anchoring is equally simple with the electric windlass at the bow. Navigation and continuous monitoring of all engine data are done on the brand-new Garmin large plotter. It communicates with the engine's electronics via the Nmea 2000 network. The boat is "CE Class B" certified and approved for sailing with up to 12 people. CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE "Søstjernen" and her technology are well-maintained in all areas and regularly serviced. On the engine side, manifolds and elbows were replaced with brand new ones in 2017. The hull has recently been painted with antifouling, and during the current owner's time, the boat has always been stored on land during the winter.
