Bavaria 46 Cruiser is the epitome of the large boat that just works. She has all the space one could wish for. The boat sails under the maritime-sounding name: "Viamar" Layout and comfort: "Viamar" is built for the large family or just for the couple who want plenty of space around them. The layout offers a large lovely cockpit, with dual steering positions and plenty of space for the crew. There is ample space even when there are many on board. The cockpit and bathing platform are teak-covered throughout. In a Bavaria 46 Cruiser, there is just a bright and friendly atmosphere everywhere. "Viamar" is the new version with the sought-after beautiful light wood finish. There are skylights and windows everywhere. There is a beautiful U-shaped pantry to port, and the salon offers a large sofa group with seating all around the table. A navigation or work area for the laptop is also in the salon. Forward, there is the magnificent "Master cabin" with its own toilet. There are three separate guest cabins. Two have double bunks, and the last has 2 single bunks stacked. Of course, there is a private bathroom and toilet for guests. With the cockpit tent set up, the "indoor space" extends to include the huge cockpit. It has full headroom and a view. The cockpit tent's side and aft windows are easily removable. This way, you quickly get a nice "bimini" for shade when the sun shines. Condition and maintenance: "Viamar" appears in a neat, average, and tidy condition. She has normal wear and tear corresponding to the age of the boat. The engine is the original, and the number of hours is unknown. The engine was last serviced on April 22, 2024, with an oil change, zinc anodes at the drive, a new impeller, etc. The age of the sail drive bellows is unknown, so it should probably be replaced. There is a new sail wardrobe: - Elvstrøm Roller mainsail EMS 48.5 m2 with 5 vertical full battens and UV cloth DCX sailcloth from 2025. - Elvstrøm Roller genoa from 2023 New Flexofold three-blade folding propeller from 2025 There are a couple of old instruments that are not connected: NAVTEX, NASA echo sounder, Raymarine triple instrument. The bottom looks good with minor chippings, which were removed before the last antifouling. There is a new original sprayhood and cockpit tent from 2024. It is of the highest quality and naturally from the Swedish brand "Kapell Annat." There is also a brand new companionway hatch from the cockpit to the salon from 2025. There was a minor damage to the freeboard on the port side above the waterline. It was repaired several years ago and is only visible from the inside if you open a hatch. Many may never notice it?
