The following information comes from private research by the current owners: The racing cruiser was originally sailed in the 1960s on Spiekeroog under the name Freibeuter. According to the previous owner, the racing cruiser was likely built on the Elbe. Furthermore, through sailor conversations, the assumption arose that it could be a Böhling design from around the early 1930s. Purchased in the mid-1990s by a resident of Dorum (Cuxhaven district) In 2006, the racing cruiser passed into the ownership of the current owners. Have we piqued your interest? We would be happy to show you the racing cruiser in person during a viewing by appointment.
