Well-maintained Sunbeam 30 from the renowned Schöchl shipyard in Austria. Yacht built with high-quality materials. Interior finished in Sapeli mahogany. Elaborate double-shell construction providing solid hull stiffening, good insulation, and easy-to-maintain plastic surfaces inside. The shipyard used Isophthalic acid resin back then. Bilge areas etc. not covered by shells, good accessibility. Ballast ratio 42%, the bolted-on keel is well-protected by the standard-sized fiberglass cover, no visible rust, no typical keel joint maintenance required. Various works and renewals, beautiful features: - 2011 Volvo-Penta D1-20 engine including gearbox new, only 455 hours. - 2023 Saildrive cuff new and major engine inspection. Previously cleaned diesel tank. - 3-blade fixed propeller. Rudder on semi-skeg. - 2023 Hull completely sanded down and repainted. - 2021 2 new Vetus AGM Marine batteries 100 AH. 1 Vetus SMF 85 AH battery about 5 years old. - 2019 Furlex 104 with forestay and both backstays new. (Custom-fit cushions for lowered saloon table and dog berth not available). - Salon headroom 1.83 m, forepeak 1.73 m. Long companionway hatch, more headroom when open, comfortable forward descent. - Large navigation table that can be folded up for use of the dog berth. Despite the dog berth, the starboard quarter locker is also very spacious. Cockpit with high coaming.
