CONTACT: MARTIN LINDBAEK +45 22 87 01 70 [email protected] The X4.0 is a modern performance cruiser that combines responsive sailing characteristics with the comfort, quality and Scandinavian design expected from X-Yachts. Awarded European Yacht of the Year 2020. The X4.0 is easy to handle and equally well suited for family cruising, weekend sailing and longer passages. This particular X4.0 is a one-owner boat and has been exceptionally well maintained since new. The overall condition is outstanding and the boat presents very close to new. It has primarily been sailed in Danish waters, has never been used for racing and has been sailed carefully by the owners. According to the owner, the boat has never been sailed under sail in heavy-weather conditions. During every winter, the boat has been stored indoors in a closed hall. The X4.0 was specified in a practical 3-cabin, 1-head layout with Nordic Oak interior, white Corian galley worktops and a comprehensive factory options package. Equipment includes extensive Flexiteek decking, electric Harken sail-handling equipment, retractable bow thruster, Yanmar 40 hp common-rail diesel engine with 3-bladed Flex-O-Fold folding propeller, Raymarine navigation equipment and a high-quality Elvstrøm sail wardrobe. A useful cruising upgrade is the Harken Switch T-Track mainsail system, which reduces the mainsail stack height when the sail is lowered, making the sail easier and safer to pack and cover. The result is an exceptionally well-kept and well-equipped X4.0, combining genuine sailing performance with easy handling and comfortable, practical cruising.
