Description
MAMMA MIA! Beneteau Oceanis 43 | Year 2011 | Single Owner & Captain Your next chapter starts here. Picture yourself sailing through the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, a gentle breeze on your face, golden sunlight filling your days, and the soothing silence of the sea setting the scene for unforgettable memories. This Beneteau Oceanis 43 is more than just a sailboat — it’s the backdrop of cherished stories and the promise of new adventures. I purchased Mamma Mia brand-new in 2011, directly from the Beneteau factory, and have been her sole owner and captain ever since. This yacht has been lovingly maintained and truly lived in. For many summers, she served as a floating home for me and my two children — exploring hidden coves, anchoring in charming coastal villages, and embracing summer the way it’s meant to be: in freedom, close to nature, and with all the comfort a yacht of this class can offer. During some off-seasons, we also lived aboard for several months in winter. Mamma Mia is a dry, well-ventilated vessel with a fresh, spring-like scent — a real home on the water, year-round. We’re parting with our beloved Mamma Mia simply because the time has come to take the next step and move to a larger boat that better suits our growing family and dreams. This decision is not made lightly, but with deep gratitude for all the memories made aboard — and with the certainty that this extraordinary yacht is ready to bring the same joy and freedom to her next owners. Ready for Life Aboard Whether you're a family, a couple, or a solo sailor, Mamma Mia is fully equipped and ready to welcome you. The Oceanis 43 is an invitation to embrace life at sea. Its smart layout offers generous space for all — perfect for long family holidays, romantic island getaways, or serious voyages like Atlantic crossings. Highlights: Safety First: Robust Beneteau construction, reliable navigation systems, high performance, and easy handling — even with a reduced crew. Designed to navigate confidently and calmly. Comfort that Embraces You: Bright interiors, rich wood finishes, three spacious cabins, a fully equipped galley, and a cozy saloon. Everything has been designed so that life aboard is as — or even more — comfortable than life on land. Not just a used boat — a well-loved one. This yacht has a soul. It carries laughter, shared dinners under the stars, peaceful crossings, and joyful swims. She's ready for new stories, new people, and new journeys. Custom Upgrades: In 2014, a high-quality Rainbow davit arch was installed at the stern — sturdy and practical for hoisting the dinghy (center-console, with a 15HP outboard engine) at the request of my children. The height of the arch allows the bimini to be easily opened while sailing, enhancing comfort, creating shade, and expanding the living space. Our plan was to eventually integrate a new bimini system for faster deployment and full enclosure during the winter — a project that remains open for the next owner to complete. The current bimini and cockpit canvas haven’t been updated yet, and as the boat is being offered below market value, this gives the next owner the perfect opportunity to upgrade to new canvas work in the color of their choice. Current Condition The boat is in its original configuration and has been meticulously maintained, with all maintenance carried out using original parts and specialized services. During the off-season periods, the sailboat was always stored in top-quality marinas or boatyards, kept secure, and has never suffered any accidents or damage. Please refer to the photos of the engine and bilges—there is no residue, everything is in perfect condition. This is a sailboat that is easy to handle, featuring a furling mainsail (fouling master), aft anchor control, cockpit chart plotter, radar, AIS (transmit and receive), a highly efficient autopilot (suitable for rough seas), and Iridium satellite communication with a high external antenna.
