Sailingboat for sale
Description
As 2nd owner, we have owned the boat for 10 years and are looking to upgrade to a slightly larger vessel. The café was praised for its excellent sailing characteristics in a previous yacht test. No maintenance backlog. A detailed exposé can be sent via email upon request. Currently, the boat is undergoing osmosis treatment at the Fricke & Dannhus shipyard on Lake Dümmer. Once completed, the underwater hull will be in like-new condition, likely even better than new due to the application of 2 new layers of fiberglass mats with epoxy resin. The shipyard provides a 10-year guarantee against osmosis. The boat can be viewed at the shipyard. It will be ready in June and returned to the Baltic Sea.
