Albin Marin

Albin Marin was a shipyard in Kristinehamn that, among other things, built the sailboats Scampi, Accent, Ballad, Albin Express, Cumulus, Albin Vega, Viggen, Albin Stratus and Nova. But also a number of motorboats such as Albin 21, Albin 25 and Albin 30. Most designed by Rolf Magnusson and Peter Norlin. The company was founded by the Larsson family, who previously owned Albin Motor. Albin Motor manufactured engines, including inboard engines for recreational boats, and wanted boats to fit their engines in. Albin Marin went bankrupt in the early 1980s, after a change of ownership.
