Description

Långedrag 45 is a sturdy ketch-rigged yacht with a well-insulated steel hull, center cockpit and a pilothouse, making it suitable for both sailing adventures and comfortable living, no matter where you plan to sail. The Långedrag 45 is designed by Swedish designer Rolf Modig. This Långedrag 45 NO WORRIES was built by the current (first) owner over a period of 10 years. It was launched in 2005 and has now been sailed for 19 years in Scandinavian waters and always been stored in a boat shed during the winter. The ketch rig includes both in-mast furling mainsail and mizzen, and two furling headsails, making sails handling easy even for a small crew. All winches are Andersen. The deck is covered in cork, which provides excellent grip and is easy to maintain. The yacht has a functional and cozy layout, making it ideal for long voyages and extended living aboard, with accommodation for up to 8 people. Directly by the companionway stairs, there is a saloon to port and a navigation table to starboard. Forward of the navigation table is an inside "lookout" area with a seat, which is very practical when sailing in cold weather. Further forward, there is a cabin for 1-2 people to starboard and a bathroom with a separate shower cabin to port. Further forward still, there is a large wardrobe/storage space and a forward cabin with bunk beds and sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Aft of the companionway, there is a longitudinal galley with plenty of storage and large fridge and freezer capacity. In the stern, there is the owner's cabin which offers a double and a single berth as well as ample storage space. Adjacent to the aft cabin, there is also a practical workshop.
