Remarks :"Livia" is one of the last LM27 MK II Built in 1986, GRP hull epoxy treated from new, GRP deck and superstructure, long keel with semi balanced rudder, Bow thruster, wheel steering and tiller, she's fitted with a Bukh DV24ME 24HP diesel shaft driven inboard engine, 3 x double berths in 1 cabin, forward cabin separated by sliding concertina door, seperate wc compartment with manual w.c., and pull out sink, Webasto heating, pressurised hot water by calorifier, gas twin burner cooker, fridge, single s/s sink, aluminium spars, equipment includes gas detector, warps and fenders, cockpit cover, clock & barometer, horn, navigation lights, dodgers, 2 x anchors, chain and warp, plus drogue anchor, main and furling jib cleaned by Batts Sails, compass, echo sounder, full electronics including depth and speed, Garmin GPS, Icom VHF + 1, Autopilot, etc.  Owners Remarks LIVIA 27 Mk ll with sail number 1543 was the last LM27 built in 1986. She comes with a comprehensive list of spares, tools and accessories. Her BUKH 24 has been carefully maintained and serviced by CUTLER MARINE. The rigging was checked in 2022 when the mast was down for fitting the new FURLEX by MARTIN LEANING Masts and Rigging. As with most LM27’s Livia has dual steering whereby the wheel can be disconnected to allow normal tiller steering by releasing a bracket on the rudder post. I have found the boat extremely comfortable and easy to sail, with a gentle motion as befits a long keel cruiser. Accommodation :From the cockpit to the wheelhouse, the helm station is to starboard with a comfortable seat and all instruments and controls to hand. A hatch above the helmsman to stand up on a raised position. Door/hatch to down below and her accommodation. Moving below, the heads compartment is immediately to port with a manual flushing sea toilet and slide out wash basin with pressurised water. Both main saloon settees fold out to make doubles. Webasto warm air central heating. Calorifier for hot water. The fore hatch is situated over the fore cabin and is hinged along its after edge. Forward - two singles with infill to make a double separated by sliding door. In cockpit twin gas cooker, single stainless steel sink, Isotherm refrigerator by helm seat, folding cockpit table aft.
