Unfortunately, I must sell my beloved Monsun due to health reasons. Price: €35,500 The price reflects continuous investments, including new rigging and stays, a new mainsail, engine overhaul (seals, oil seals, thrust bearings, starter motor, and much more), and maintenance. A new sprayhood will be added in 2026, along with a Windpilot Pacific wind vane steering system. The boat only requires minor cosmetic work here and there. It has always been stored indoors during winter. The buyer will receive a sailing-ready vessel that is free of repairs. Description Dimensions: Overall length: 9.37m Beam: 2.87m Waterline length: 7.52m Draft: 1.45m The Hallberg-Rassy Monsun 31 is a renowned seaworthy design with an exceptional number built. This design by Olle Enderlein from the late 1970s is characterized by good and stable sailing behavior and is a prime example of the quality that Hallberg-Rassy has rightly established its reputation for. The interior is very spacious for a 31-foot boat. Upon entering, the galley is located to starboard and the navigation corner to port. The saloon table can be lowered, and the backrests in the saloon can be folded up for additional sleeping space. Even a bedside lamp has been considered. The forward area features a wet room with a toilet and retractable sink. At the very bow, there is a double cabin with a V-berth. The winter storage (hall) in Orth a. Fehmarn can be taken over. Unfortunately, I must sell the yacht due to health reasons. Over the last eight years, I have invested more than €25,000 into the boat. I have continuously renewed and maintained my yacht; there are no major projects left—just some cosmetic work here and there. The teak deck is in very good condition. I am currently renewing the plugs on the screws and addressing some seams here and there. The underwater hull and hull are in top condition. Engine: Yanmar 29 HP with 3-blade propeller, 4000 hours, overhauled in 2023 with new seals and oil seals; starter motor replaced in 2023. Fuel tank: 60L new in the port cockpit locker.
