**MAINLY RENOVATED ENGINE * SPACIOUS AFT CABIN * CENTER COCKPIT** See complete description, photos, and video at: www.yachtdreams.dk https://yachtdreams.dk/b-de/4272-nordship-32 • Appears overall neat and well-maintained. • Engine fully renovated in 2023 by the owner, who is a mechanic. • Timeless classic. Here is your opportunity to acquire a lovely center cockpit boat with beautiful lines. She is built by the renowned Danish Nordship yard, which has been producing excellent boats both then and now. The vessel is solidly constructed with stability and safety in mind. A Nordship 32 allows for safe navigation everywhere, even on longer journeys. On the bow, you will find the name: "BEMIMA" **INTERIOR AND COMFORT** You board via a large and delightful bowsprit made of teak and stainless steel. From here, you continue across the well-kept deck to the center cockpit situated midship. The boat is sailed from a fairly high position, providing a great overview and a fine view through the windows of the fixed windscreen. They are completely clear and made of tempered glass. This is a clear advantage while sailing and a great comfort when the boat is anchored or in port. There is always shelter from the wind while enjoying an unobstructed view. There is tranquility in a center cockpit like this one, and similarly, you will find peace and privacy in the secluded aft cabin. Even though the boat is only 32 feet long, the aft cabin is so spacious and inviting that most will likely use it as an owner’s cabin. There is ample space for two adults. The berth length is 2 meters, and there is reasonable headroom as well. Down below and out in the bow, you are greeted by a classic interior of teak and mahogany wood. This is complemented by nice light ceilings and bright cushions throughout. The fore cabin is mainly suited for two older children since the berth length here is limited to 175 cm. When that isn't enough, an additional two berths can be made up in the salon, each measuring 195 cm. The salon's headroom ranges from 195 cm to 180 cm at its lowest point, providing enough space for most people. There is plenty of storage space - not least up in the cockpit - where there are deep locker benches on both sides. **TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS** There are both electric windlass and autopilot for maneuvering and easy sailing. Naturally, there’s also an oil heater and hot water to cover essential comfort needs. The galley features a newer refrigerator with freezer, and overall there’s good space for cooking with a gas stove and oven. **CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE** The boat appears very clean and tidy on deck and in the cockpit. You get an immediate good impression here. In the bow down below, you can see signs of use that reflect the boat's age. The surfaces of the woodwork are no longer new. If one wishes to visually restore the woodwork to its former glory, it will require some work. If you take on this task, it can look really nice down below again. Alternatively, one might choose to see it as patina and simply leave it as it is; it has no functional significance. The hatches on deck look really nice while the windows in the salon have seen better days. The window glass here soon calls for replacement; however, they function properly and are watertight. They are not made of glass but are likely polycarbonate instead. Therefore, replacing them with new ones can be done affordably without significant costs. Doing so would significantly raise onboard standards. The engine is the original Volvo Penta. Immediately after taking ownership in 2023, it was removed and fully renovated from A to Z. The renovation was carried out by the owner himself, who has training as a mechanic. The engine was completely disassembled; cylinders were honed, new piston rings installed, new bearings added along with valves ground and adjusted. You can therefore expect reliable motor sailing for many years to come. The engine has also always been freshwater cooled. The sprayhood looks very nice with clear windows. The cockpit tent is similarly in good condition; however, its windows show signs of use but can be replaced at minimal cost over time. The lazy jack system is also in excellent condition. The sails date back to 2003 - usable but not new. Fuel and freshwater tanks were thoroughly cleaned in 2023 and have been kept clean since then. The four instruments above the salon and two instruments down below are not connected; similarly with motor instruments in the cockpit. It’s unknown if they can be made operational again; therefore it may be wise to budget for new instruments along with possibly new wiring for them. Below waterline, Bemima looks good and was last anti-fouled in spring 2025. **WELCOME ON BOARD** For sale only because the owners are switching back to motorboat after several years with their Nordship. She lies ready for inspection at launch, quick takeover possible for summer vacation. Feel free to call for further information or potential viewing.
