Bayliner 2855, Ciera Sunbridge, Family Cruiser, Cabin Cruiser, Day Cruiser, Console Boat, Motorboat. Featuring EVA teak foam flooring in the cockpit, glossy black foil-coated topsides, and original Bayliner chrome emblems. Equipped with a bow thruster and a new transom. A 30-foot boat with ample space. Full headroom in the bright cabin, equipped with 3 skylights and fixed windows on the sides, providing excellent natural light and a spacious feel due to the boat's width. Curtains for privacy and to block out morning sun. In the bow, a double bed with room for two adults, featuring a specially designed mattress topper. Midship to starboard, a double seating area for 4 people, with a table that can be lowered to create a bed of approximately 160 cm for two children (mattress not included). Aft, there is a double bed measuring 205x140 cm, accommodating two adults. Mattress topper included. All seating and bed cushions have been replaced in recent years with new foam and Alcantara covers. Midship to port, a pantry with hot and cold water, drawers, and cabinets providing ample storage space. Opposite the pantry, a fridge with a freezer section running on both 12 V and 230 V shore power. The toilet features a sink with a shower and hot/cold water, along with plenty of space for toiletries. The Jabsco toilet was replaced 2 years ago. Connected to a holding tank, it can be emptied via the 2-year-old macerator pump or shore pump-out facilities. Storage compartments are located under the bow sleeping area, midship table, and behind the headboard, in addition to cabinets and shelves in the cabin. The cockpit, certified for 10 people, includes an L-shaped seating area with a table next to the helm, providing a social sailing experience. The seat backs can be flipped forward to create rear-facing seating, with an additional bench opposite that can be unfolded from the aft storage compartment. At the aft bathing platform, there is a separate shower with hot and cold water for rinsing after a swim, with a swim ladder for easy access. Powered by a Mercruiser 7.4 MPI V8 gasoline engine with 310 HP and a Bravo 3 drive with dual counter-rotating propellers. The lower unit and propeller set were replaced by the previous owner in 2018 after hitting a rock, totaling 70,000 DKK. The engine is freshwater cooled. Fuel consumption is approximately 25 liters/hour at 5.5 knots cruising and around 20 liters/hour at 20-22 knots planing. Top speed is about 30-32 knots. In 2023, a new MaxPower dual-blade bow thruster was installed, along with a new transom - a known weak point on this boat. Replaced by an authorized Mercruiser workshop for a total of 76,000 DKK. Invoices for annual servicing and winterization are available back to 2018, with the last 3 years serviced by an authorized Mercruiser workshop. The hull was sandblasted in 2023, coated with 2 layers of Jotun primer, and treated with Jotun Non-stop Supreme antifouling, resulting in a smooth finish like a new boat's bottom paint. A new Isotemp 24-liter water heater was installed a year ago. A truly sturdy and reliable boat, ready for extended family vacations or just an evening cruise for two. Original price in 1999: 599,900 DKK. The "facelifted" model of the 2855, named 285, was introduced in 2000 and was awarded Boat of the Year by JyllandsPosten in 2005. See: [link to article].
