Hello. We have decided to try selling our lovely Broom 35 Solent as we would like to try something else. She can be compared to boats like Princess and Fairline in the same build quality and perhaps even a bit better. She was born in '87 and has undergone a significant upgrade in the last 5 years, including a pantry renovation with a new countertop, sink, and faucet. Newer floors have been installed, and all cushions have been reupholstered. The canopy and cover for the flybridge are also newer with new windows. The tables on both the aft deck and flybridge are only 2 years old. Furthermore, all navigation equipment was replaced with Raymarine about 3 years ago. This includes Quantum radar, a 12” Axiom chartplotter below deck, a 9” on the flybridge, a new Ray 63 VHF, and a new autopilot with remote control. Additionally, all electrical wiring in the boat has been inspected and old wires removed. Also worth mentioning is the new teak deck on the bathing platform this year. The boat is also equipped with a 4kw FisherPanda generator so you always have 220v on board. She is powered by 2 Volvo Penta Tamd 41 engines producing a total of 400 hp. They are serviced annually with filters, impellers, and oil. Despite her age, she is extremely well-maintained both inside and out. She is definitely worth a visit, and in addition to the mentioned upgrades, she has been further enhanced with other features that I would be happy to elaborate on with serious interest.
