The Tuckerboat originates from the port of Hamburg. They were the small workhorses of the waterways - used by mooring crews, boatmen, and shipyard workers. They transported crews, tools, or provisions and served as small tugboats. The name "Tuckerboat" comes from the typical, cozy "tuckering" of the diesel engine, which hums leisurely at idle. This sound is still the trademark of such boats to this day. The AMS 675 embraces this classic, sturdy design and combines it with modern materials, comfort, and safety. Teak wood, stainless steel fittings, a self-draining cockpit, and the CE - C certification for coastal waters - the AMS 675 is the companion for relaxed excursions on rivers, lakes, and near the coast, the platform for fishing trips, or simply the favorite spot to unwind. The AMS 675 "Kleiner Michel" is a Tuckerboat made to customer specifications. With the 3-piece cover that can be pulled over the entire boat, longer stays on the AMS 675 are also possible. The Eberspächer parking heater ensures cozy warmth even in cool weather, and the integrated windows allow plenty of light under the cover. The "Kleiner Michel" is in a technically and visually flawless condition. All work has always been carried out by specialized workshops and is fully traceable. It is worth mentioning the option to take over the mooring at the Sandtorkai Traditional Harbor in the heart of Hamburg's HafenCity, not far from the Landungsbrücken and the Elbphilharmonie. Due to the exact replica of a Hamburg Tuckerboat, this AMS 675 is granted an exception to be allowed to moor in the open-air museum in the Speicherstadt district of Hamburg.
