Remarks :“Sentra” is a nice example of the Bavaria 36 Cruiser which offers excellent accommodation and sea going capabilities. She is the two cabin layout version with forward V berth and aft cabin, offering six berths including the saloon. She has the standard fin keel, in mast reefing mainsail, bow thruster, anchor windlass, diesel heating and more. She is very easy to sail with all controls led aft to the cockpit. This boat is well equipped with Raymarine Chartplotter C80, Uniden VHF, Raymarine wind/speed, Raymarine ST60 echo sounder, Raymarine Radar etc. Owners comments Sentra has been in the same family since new. She has been well looked after in her 20 years and relatively lightly used. Mainly weekend sailing in the Solent with holiday trips to the west country and across the channel to France and Channel Islands. She is easily handled with bow thruster, the 30hp engine upgrade and a MaxProp feathering propeller which gives very powerful stopping power in reverse as the feathering propeller is as efficient in reverse as forward. She sails well and is well balanced. The furling main is very easy to use and safe being handled from the cockpit, the main sets well with its full-length vertical battens. She has the traditional warm mahogany interior with curves and radius’s and is very comfortable and cozy to be on board with most of the equipment people would expect on a 36-foot yacht.
