For sale is a well-maintained Hallberg-Rassy 312 Mk I from 1984. The vessel has been exclusively sailed on the Elbe and the Baltic Sea and has spent every winter on land in storage. Throughout the ownership, the yacht has been continuously serviced, cared for, and sensibly modernized. It is in good, sail-ready overall condition and offers an excellent foundation for many more years on the North and Baltic Seas or for longer voyages. In recent years, numerous investments have been made; here are the most relevant: Rig & Deck 2026: Mast foot and deck area under the mast foot professionally repaired. 2026: Roller furling blocks renewed. 2026: Chain plate seals checked and renewed. 2023/2024: Forestay including roller system renewed. 2023: Pair of shrouds renewed. 2022: Jib halyard stopper renewed. 2021: Traveler renewed. Upgraded to self-tailing Lewmar 43 winches for jib sheets. Main sheet system converted to Harken sixfold purchase. All halyards, sheets, and mooring lines have been regularly renewed and maintained.
