Well-maintained Lemsteraak with a renewed engine. Hydraulic mast lowering system, and many upgrades. Teak deck rubber replaced in 2021. The White Maiden is a Lemsteraak that has been carefully maintained. It is a lovely family ship. Many upgrades have been made, making this beautifully lined vessel ready for use. In 2018, a new, fuel-efficient Volvo Penta D2-75 diesel engine was installed. Along with that, the propeller shaft was renewed, a boiler was installed, and the entire electrical system was upgraded with a new battery charger. Painting work was done in the winter of 2024/2025, and the underwater hull was extensively treated. The ship is easy to sail with the electric roller jib (2021) controlled from the cockpit and a new jib (2023). The sword winches are also electric. Recently, a complete new Raymarine navigation system was installed. In 2019, an autopilot was installed. The mast and rigging were renewed in 2006, and a year later, the boom was replaced. The mast can be easily and quickly lowered using a hydraulic cylinder. To further enhance ease of navigation, an electric bow thruster has been installed. New heating system installed in 2024. The solid teak deck was fitted with new rubber in 2021, and the superstructure was painted in 2024. In 2018, the teak along the superstructure in the cockpit was removed, the steel was reconserved, and then new teak was installed. The barge has a charming and practical interior layout. Beautiful solid teak flooring, a galley with a 3-burner gas stove, an oven, and a large refrigerator. The salon seats 6 to 8 people. In the bow is a master cabin with a double bed and a hanging closet. To starboard is an electric toilet with a shower. In the forepeak is a guest cabin with 4 beds.
