The Woelwater is a Lemsteraak designed by Andre Hoek and the most beautiful of its kind. The yacht is in excellent condition. The Woelwater is a unique Lemsteraak. A very beautiful and especially light-toned Sipo mahogany was used for the interior. The cabin floor was made of pure quarter-sawn oak. There is plenty of space on board. In the forepeak, there is a double berth to port and two single berths to starboard. The forecastle is also accessible via a hatch in the skylight. Behind the stairs, the cockpit table is secured. Moving aft, two berths are stacked to starboard, with a separate toilet and sink behind them. To port, there is a spacious owner's cabin with a separate toilet and shower room. An extra door allows the shower to be used separately. The saloon is not only spacious but also equipped with two seating areas. To port, there is a large U-shaped galley with two refrigeration units (with air-cooled compressors), and to starboard, a navigation area where computer enthusiasts can indulge. Naturally, the entire interior of the superstructure is equipped with the 'Claasen handle'. Dry seam pieces are visible not only on deck and superstructure but also in the galley.
