The boat is beautiful, with no major fiberglass damage, no "spider-cracks." Well-maintained cockpit and salon, original but in really good condition, and (importantly for us) there are no odors of smoke, moisture, toilet water, or the like. The engine is a BUKH dv24 installed by the previous owner as new in 2014 (documentation available), it has run approximately 600 hours, and has been professionally serviced every year with impeller, filters, oil, etc. In 2015, a new folding propeller was also installed as dv20 and dv24 apparently cannot function with the same pitch, in addition, the boat has a bow thruster. In spring/summer 2024, we have done the following: • New autopilot (the one that came with it was stuck), we chose a Simrad TP32 and it is now connected to the navigation system via NMEA2000. • ORCA Core2 installed, connected with various instruments via NMEA2000 • The sprayhood was rotten - a new one was installed (purchased from Schultz, receipts available) • Cockpit tent was missing - purchased from Schultz • All running rigging has been replaced with new. New Genoa from HYDE-sails (purchased from Schultz) New mainsail from HYDE sails (purchased from Schultz) In autumn/winter 2024/2025, we have done the following: New battery bank with 4*85Ah AGM batteries, charger, and DC/DC converter from Victron (one battery is dedicated as a starter battery). 4KW diesel boat heater (1852 Palbys brand) is installed in the aft port locker with heating hoses running through the deck fitting and exiting just below the chart table, active temperature gauge - very effective for a boat of this size. The roller furling has been taken off, disassembled, and equipped with new ball bearings, line guide, drum cover, and locking pin so that it now operates like new. The hull fittings have been checked, one replaced at the toilet hose as it showed signs of deterioration, ball valves at the toilet and cooling water have been replaced. A new toilet hose has been installed with a 10-year odor guarantee, and all gaskets, etc. in the toilet have been replaced. All antifouling (21 kg) has been scraped off to the original primer, then the bottom has been rebuilt with 5*Hempel primer, 2 coats of Tie-coat, and 3*Silic-one antifouling so that the boat only needs to be hauled out every other year from now on, it is said. All windows and stanchion bases for the lifelines have been checked for impurities, leaks, and loose bolts so that water cannot enter the salon that way (there are no traces of water on the woodwork in the salon or forepeak). The topsides have been polished to a shiny finish and the 2 green colors do not look dull. A new depth/speed/temperature unit is installed - this is a Garmin that goes directly to NMEA-2000 without first needing to be converted into an instrument. This way, all information is immediately available on a tablet, phone, or similar without having to install instruments in the bulkhead where the crew should sit during sailing. In spring 2025, we have done: New lifelines from AFI-marine. Here we have chosen to have them custom-made instead of buying something off-the-shelf since one often sits with their back against the lifelines and safety is crucial while sailing, so we believe it is better to shrink the lifelines together rather than using clevis pins. New boom cover from Schultz (Lazy-Jacks are not installed yet). The only outstanding issue for now is that the teak deck, which is original and glued without screw holes, is somewhat worn. Winter storage, cover (and stand for it that fits into the stanchion bases) are included in the deal. The boat also has a berth at Øer Maritime Holiday Village (berth 6012) which is well located deep inside the lagoon with easy access to the clubhouse, toilet, shower, kiosk, swimming pool, etc. that can be purchased for kr.20,000 if desired. In Øer, it is allowed to stay year-round, and due to the lock, the boats are protected from the sea, and the trees all around provide good protection against wind, etc.
